Traceability & Documentation

Meaningful Products. Documented Material Journeys.

At VOiLA Phoenix, we believe the story behind a recycled-plastic product should be as meaningful as the product itself.

Through VOiLA's PRISM platform, we aim to maintain a documented chain of custody connecting recovered plastic waste with its subsequent recycling and transformation into meaningful products.

Our approach goes beyond simply labelling a product as “Made from Recycled Plastic.” We work to establish documented material origins and manufacturing records that help participating organisations understand where their recovered plastic waste goes and what it becomes.

Guided by Recognised Standards

Our material traceability and environmental documentation approach draws upon relevant principles of internationally and nationally recognised standards:

ISO 22095 — Chain of Custody

Principles for recording material origins, transfers, segregation, blending and material accounting.

ISO 14021 — Self-Declared Environmental Claims

Guidance for substantiating and communicating recycled-content and related environmental claims.

IS 14534 — Plastics Recovery and Recycling

Indian guidelines relevant to plastic waste recovery and recycling practices.

These standards inform our approach to transparent documentation and responsible communication of environmental information.
