From Recycled Plastic to a Phoenix Product
The material has already had one life. Our job is to design the next one.

Digital design
Each Phoenix product begins as a digital design. The form is developed for appearance and use as well as for the way the material will be 3D printed.

3D printing
The product is built layer by layer using additive manufacturing. For large-format pieces, robotic 3D printing enables work at furniture and interior scale.

Finishing and inspection
After printing, the product is finished as required, inspected and prepared for use or delivery. The visible layer character can remain part of the design identity.

A meaningful next life
The result is not simply recycled material. It is a finished object with a purpose, an application and a reason to remain in use.
